According to a recent report, we find that there are a large number of students feel anxious before their important examinations. This phenomenon not only happens among high school students, but also happens in college. As a matter of fact, a great many of students feel dizzy ,weak and have poor sleep and appetite when they need to exam. The main reason explaining the phenomenon is that students take exams too seriously. In China, college entrance examination seems to be so crucial in one's life, so students and even their parents attach great importance to examinations. It's no wonder that students are immersed in anxiety when they are faced with important exams.
Considering the symptom of students, we give some advice as follows. First of all, parents and teachers should help students change their attitude to exams. Exams are only a means of checking how students are getting along with studies, so there is no need to worry too much about the results. Secondly, during the period of exams, students had better have a sound sleep instead of staying up too late. Thirdly, students can also go out for some exercise and keep themselves relaxed, which will have postive influence on their exams.
